This experience and his own desire to influence positive change in the world of career management led him on his own journey of personal growth. James trained with The Coaching Academy, Europe’s largest and most experienced coach training school. Graduating with distinction, James has moved quickly to establish himself as an authority in his chosen field.
James also spent 6 years training as a psychodynamic counsellor - becoming one of the youngest therapists in the UK to qualify in this discipline. His calm, relaxed but focused style of coaching ensures the vital aspects of an individual’s life and career are treated with the importance they deserve. As a coach he believes in the power of free association, allowing his clients to be the driving force in their development rather than becoming dependant on his/her coach for motivation.
